Leadership coaching

Leadership coaching in Zurich and Switzerland

You lead. And you notice: what got you here will not carry you through the next step. That is where leadership coaching starts.
For more than 20 years I have accompanied leaders in Switzerland, from team leads preparing for the executive committee to CEOs on the board. More than 1’500 executives have worked with me on their impact. The yardstick never changes: measurable change in day-to-day leadership, visible to the people around you.

Typical starting points

Leaders rarely arrive with a textbook problem. They arrive with situations like these:

How we work

It starts with an initial conversation. We clarify your concern, define measurable goals and check whether we are a fit. Then you decide.

A typical coaching process covers 6 to 10 sessions over 4 to 8 months, in Zurich (Dufourstrasse 77, Seefeld), in Schaffhausen (Fronwagplatz 8) or online. Between sessions you work on concrete commitments in your leadership practice. Progress is made verifiable, on request with structured feedback from your environment.

Two things set this work apart. First, I measure results rather than assert them. Second, I offer Pay-for-Results on request: part of the fee is tied to reaching the agreed goals.

Frequently asked questions about leadership coaching

What is the difference between leadership coaching and executive coaching?

The way of working is the same, the context differs. Executive coaching addresses the top level: CEO, executive committee, board. Leadership coaching accompanies leaders at every level, from team lead to division head.

Initial conversation, goal agreement with measurable criteria, then 6 to 10 sessions of 90 minutes over several months. Between sessions you implement concrete commitments in your leadership practice. At the end, results are reviewed against the agreed goals.

The fee depends on scope, goals and format. After the initial conversation you receive a transparent fixed-price proposal. On request with Pay-for-Results: part of the fee only becomes due once the agreed goals are reached.

Often yes. Many companies fund coaching as leadership development. On request I support you in clarifying the mandate with HR or your superior, including a clean confidentiality agreement.

By three things: an accredited education with a quality label (such as BSO or ICF), demonstrable experience at your leadership level, and the willingness to make results verifiable. Serious coaches insist on an initial conversation before accepting a mandate.

Both. Offices in Zurich and Schaffhausen, online across Switzerland and internationally. Many clients combine both formats.

Fully. Content stays between us, including towards the employer who funds the coaching. What flows back to sponsors is agreed by all three parties at the start, transparently.

First behavioural changes usually show after two to three sessions. Lasting impact that your environment confirms takes four to six months as a rule.

The first step is a conversation.

30 minutes, without obligation, in Zurich or online. You describe your situation, I tell you openly whether and how coaching will serve you.
